No matter how you slice it, shopping for your sister or brother-in-law can be tough. Maybe they don’t really want anything or you feel the pressure to find the perfect gift. I am lucky to have a fantastic sister-in-law (hey, Alley!) who is easy to shop for but I know it can be daunting Whether they just became a part of your family or you’ve known them forever, here are some of our top picks for gifts to buy for your sibling-in-laws.

Sister-in-Law

I am fully obsessed with these bubble letter necklaces. They are trendy, affordable, and SO CUTE. A friend recently asked me if I had gift ideas for her brothers’ girlfriends and this was my first thought.

LUSH bath sets are a great gift – especially their seasonal offerings! They smell so good and the full set feels like something indulgent and self-care-ish that we don’t always purchase for ourselves.

I love to gift a subscription or a monthly surprise box since its the gift that keeps giving. I order the first box ahead of time and wrap that with a note about the incoming subscription OR I buy a cute themed ornament that goes along with the theme of the box. A devout believer in a sweet lil treat, I think this Jeni’s Pint Club subscription is so much fun and has any flavor ever been a miss with Jeni’s??

Something nostalgic is always a win in my book! I love a good thrift find or dolling up something vintage – it doesn’t have to be brand new to be a perfect gift! You know I love a good vintage glass and this vintage Disney juice set is unique and sweet.

Brother-in-Law

I get a bag (or four!) of Bones Coffee for someone on my list every year. Bones is one of my favorite brands and their packaging alone makes them a perfect addition to any seasonal gift basket. Their Highland Grog is my usual go-to flavor but for the holidays nothing beats Oh Fuuuudge (pair it with a cute mug or some mini syrups!).

Uncommon Goods is one of my favorite places to find unique gifts for anyone on my list. For brothers-in-law I love this make your own pinball set and think its such a fun gift.

Where are we all landing on hot sauce? I, for one, am confident I could make it to the The Last Dab on Hot Ones with minimal tears or drooling (though I would pull a Melissa McCarthy and bring oat milk in a spray bottle to cool down between bites). Hot sauce is a great gift for the heat-seeker on your list and this Hot Ones Hot Sauce Set looks delish (bonus points if you pull a Sean and ask really deep questions while they try each sauce).

Like Uncommon Goods, Box Lunch always has fun finds and some really cute merch for your brother-in-law who is part of some obscure fandom. There are so many anime lovers in my life and this One Piece jersey is a great find. Pst, I bought this straw hat ramen set for my husband last year and he LOVED it.

Shopping for someone else (or yourself!)? We’ve got you covered! You can check out our other guides which include gifts for grandparents, moms, tween girls, tween boys, and board games for the whole family.
