Welcome to The PR Edit’s Page Turners, a monthly feature featuring all books we read the previous month and what we are stacking our TBR with for the weeks ahead. As two bookworms we believe reading is not a competition and there’s no wrong way to be a reader. We are constantly adding to our TBR stack and leafing through books from a bunch of genres. So if you’re looking for your next read or listen? Here’s what we’re currently diving into…
Sarah’s Pages
-Number of Books Read in January: 16 between physical reading and audiobooks (including a couple of novellas!)
-Favorite Book from the Month: January was a reading month, and I managed to knock out some good ones! I think my favorite was The Drowning Woman by Robyn Harding.
-One that was Underwhelming: Before She Finds Me by Heather Chavez. Don’t get me wrong, I was HOOKED from the first couple of pages and the story is well written. I was underwhelmed because I guessed a couple twists less than halfway through and then I just wasn’t invested anymore around the 150-page mark.
-What’s on My February TBR: So. Many. Books. I am reading Sky Full of Elephants for my book club and it looks so interesting. I have also had The Last One at the Wedding on hold on Libby since it came out and I have less than a week until it’s my turn.
-Where to Keep Up with My Book Stack: I track my reads with The StoryGraph and have running library wish lists on ShopMy and Pinterest.
Molly’s Pages
-Number of Books Read in January: 6
-Favorite Book from the Month: My Lovely Wife, Samantha Downing (apparently this one is going to be a movie!)
-One that was Underwhelming: Hello Stranger, Katherine Center
-What’s on My February TBR: Finishing up Winter Garden by Kristin Hannah right now, and then on to: The Tattooist of Auschwitz (Heather Morris) and The Nightingale (Kristin Hannah)
-Where to Keep Up with My Book Stack: I pin ideas from Pinterest and track my progress toward my 100 books for 2025 on GoodReads!
We are both always looking to stack our TBRs so tell us, what are you reading this month?
Speaking of reading…thanks for reading our words! We cannot thank our supporters enough and our work exists because of YOU. Please consider subscribing or sharing to keep the pages turning.
