Here’s what the brains behind The PR Edit are currently eating, doing, thinking, and more…

Welcome to Currently- a monthly feature on The PR Edit! A throwback to old school blogging, Currently posts were some of our favorite ways to see what our fave blogger girls were wearing, listening to, and more. Now it is a fun way to share a quick snapshot of what is going on right at this absolute minute for both Molly and Sarah.
So Molly is currently…
….eating everything with these new (to us) Primal Kitchen sauces on top. Our current fave is the Special Sauce – just made Big Mac Burger Salads with it and yummmmmmm.
…making packing lists for the beach. What are we going to cook? What are we going to play with? What am I going to read!? What will we do in the car?
…listening to Stephen King’s new book (Never Flinch) on audiobook! It was a looooooong one, but I put it on for camp pickup, dog walks, chores, etc. I got through it JUST as it was time to return it. Woo hoo!
…reading all the summery books – Emily Henry, Abby Jiminez..I’m here for a seasonal book read.
…watching (or RE-watching) Breaking Bad. Dan and I watched this (BINGE WATCHED this) about 15 years ago when they were still coming out with new episodes. But it turns out, that’s just the right amount of time for me to forget almost everything that happened, so our re-watching is riveting.
…loving the fact that we are almost done with summer camp weeks. I have one kid that loves camp and one that doesn’t care, so we’ve gone from trying to fill every solitary summer moment with camp to allowing each kid to pick two camps, but unfortunately, outside of one farm camp that they did together, they picked camps that were not the same week. So we’re in the thick of our third week of camp and … I’m over it.
…looking forward to our annual beach trip! We “save” it for the end of the summer so we look forward to it all season long. Can’t wait to put my toes in the water and my butt in the sand.
And Sarah is currently…
….eating parfaits all day. I’ve been looking for quick and easy lunches so I’ve turned to a little mason jar layered with high protein greek yogurt, cinnamon, fresh blueberries, and homemade protein granola. Easy peasy and so delicious and filling.
…making all the end of summer plans (it just is!). We have a few items left on our summer bucket list that I’d like to cross off so I am carving out the time for Renaissance Faire days and the little Christmas-themed water park.
…listening to the Andy Samberg episode of Good Hang with Amy Poehler. If you know me, you know Andy is my longtime boyfriend and super crush. I love almost every Good Hang and this one was especially fun and charming.
…reading A TON. I have been eating up audiobooks as my kids are in random summer camps and I work from coffee shops then zooming through physical books at the pool or on weekends. Right now I’m working my way through Pretty Girls by Karin Slaughter. I started this book and DNFed twice last year but now I’m racing through.
…watching Anatomy of Lies. I’m probably the last person on Earth to watch it but WHEW.
…loving puzzles! Such a little granny hobby but my youngest wanted to complete a 1,000-piece puzzle this summer and we just finished it up (thank goodness, I got my dining room table back after over a month). My husband realized he loves doing puzzles too so we are making a little space on the art table in our playroom to keep a puzzle going at all times.

My husband purposely left the last piece for my youngest and my heart melted.
…looking forward to being back into a routine with back-to-school around the corner. I’m not rushing anything but I can hear the quiet workdays and routined weekdays calling my name in the distance.
